Community Workshops - Round 2 - Development Trends and Policy Options

Development Trends

Development Trends Workshops are underway. The Plan Santa Barbara Team conducted the first of two community workshops on Development Trends on Saturday, April 19th.  Discussion groups had the opportunity to focus on questions about future policy considerations concerning Living within Our Resources, Community Character, Transportation and Housing.

The second community workshop will be held on April 23rd, Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 9:00 pm at the Central Library Faulkner Gallery located at 40 E. Anapamu Street in downtown Santa Barbara.

Policy Preferences

In summer 2008, a series of community workshops will provide an opportunity to discuss draft policy options prepared subsequent to the Development Trends workshops being held in April.
