New Policies

After a year of forums, workshops and outreach, we will compile everything we heard from you and draft the Strategic Policy Framework that will include staff’s recommendations on how the City should move forward to implement the community’s vision.  

Please come out to the City Council and Board and Commission meetings to follow and contribute to the discussion.  Based on City Council’s direction, staff will draft specific policy recommendations and changes.  These could include amendments to our General Plan, City Charter and/or Zoning Ordinance or new city policies, programs and guidelines.
