On April 7, 2008, the Planning Commission held a work session discussion of Development Trends and received public comment. In addition, The Plan Santa Barbara Team conducted two community workshops on Development Trends on Saturday, April 19th and Wednesday April 23rd. Discussion groups had the opportunity to focus on questions about future policy considerations concerning Living within Our Resources, Community Character, Transportation and Housing.
