Proposed Changes to Land Use or Zoning Designations in the City
An important part of the General Plan Update process considers land use patterns, including where certain land uses occur and what density levels (number of residential units) may be permitted.Proposed Land Use Element and General Plan Land Use Map changes range from minor adjustments to new density categories. Affected property owners have been sent postcards. To see your property's specific zoning and land use designation please reference the maps and General Plan Designation by Parcel database below.
